The new Apeks ThermiQ 8/7 wetsuit is as warm as it is flexible, with a wealth of features to suit the needs of the advanced diver.
For those wishing for high quality performance and comfort, whilst being mindful of the environment, the ThermiQ 8/7 is the ideal suit. Made from limestone-based neoprene, instead of the more traditional chemical-based petroleum neoprene, this suit has the environment in the forefront of its priorities. Carbon Black, one of the key ingredients used in producing neoprene, is made from recycled car tyres instead of oil. In addition, the yarn creating the soft lining of the suit is made from recycled plastic bottles.
The thickness of the core is 8mm, providing extra thermal protection in the essential areas, with 7mm on the arms and legs providing necessary flexibility. The Apeks ThermiQ 8/7 has an across the chest zipper for ease of donning, and internal cuffs on the forearms and lower leg minimise water ingress. Large cargo pockets are ideal for stashing your accessories while you dive.
