Adult / Teen Stretch Classical Tutu Panty Pattern by Claudia Folts. Our Stretch Tutu Panty is made to be used with our Stretch tutu “Upper,” leotard-style stretch bodice tops. It is also made with some of the rows sewn together – 4 and 5, for example, making it quicker and easier to attach the tutu layers to the panty. Our Stretch panty does not have the same negative ease as a leotard. It is made to “breathe” with the dancer, allowing her the freedom of movement needed, while also supporting the tutu layers properly.
